The Shed

In the fall of 2015, after we bought Salora Sunrise, we left the kitchen full of pots and utensils, and behind the kitchen, we cached a propane tank, and a couple plastic totes filled with tools and such. When we returned in the spring, the kitchen hadn’t been touched, but the propane and totes were gone. I told my sad story to the slender, silver-haired man behind the counter at the hardware store. He pondered what I’d said a moment and replied, “The way I’ve always figured it, a lock keeps an honest man honest. Build a shed and put a padlock on it.”
