The Bunkhouse walls have earthbag bases in some places, but mostly the walls are made from wire and daub, a variation on wattle and daub. Instead of a wood wattle, I staple chicken wire to the posts and beams and then daub them with straw-rich earthen plaster. Eventually, the north and west sides will be bermed much of the way up.
