I made this for a few reasons: first, I needed a place to put my cooler out of the heat and sun; second, I wanted to practice making retaining walls using wire fencing and billboard tarp; third, I wanted to practice making a roof using latex concrete. It works pretty well. I can keep ice for about four days even when the temperature breaks 100.
